Russia is the 66th country Kaveen visited in 2024. His visit to Russia was the final official visit of the year. Junior Chamber International brings together 200,000 young leaders in 105 countries and 5,000 cities—the largest business network of driven young people. JCI Russia has represented Russian youth in the international organization since 1994.

On December 6, JCI Russia President 2024 Roman Petin and JCI Moscow President 2025 Alexander Potapenko attended a formal event in Malaysia.

On December 18, the traditional introductory meeting of past JCI Russia presidents with the newly elected JCI Russia and JCI Moscow presidents for the coming year, Olesya Andreeva and Alexander Potapenko, took place. The tradition dates to the early 1990s and was revived last year.

On December 1, Solo, Indonesia, hosted the inauguration of JCI Indonesia National President 2025 Budiman Kusmanto, a formal occasion attended by many international guests!

An online General Assembly was held on October 25. Following the vote, Alexander Potapenko was elected President of the Moscow organization. The Board of Directors for the coming year also includes Yulia Kozlova, Dmitry Bridge, Anastasia Matus, Sergey Shershen, Anna Baranova and Natalia Petrovets. President 2024 Tatiana Zemenkova joins as Immediate Past President and guardian of traditions.

The JCI World Congress took place in Taiwan (China) from October 29 to November 4. JCI Moscow was represented by its President 2025 Alexander Potapenko. He contributed to the main annual event, established new international connections and received recognition for his contribution to JCI development in Armenia and Uzbekistan.
